MLA & Advisor CAWD & NSDMA Kazheto Kinimi graced Akuluto Range Students Union (ARSU) 28th biennial conference as special guest on January 4, at Lumithsami Village, Zunheboto district.
Speaking at the inaugural programme, Kinimi exhorted the students to be more focused and dedicated towards their responsibilities.
He called upon the students to dedicate oneself towards achieving excellence in life and be a resource to the society and oneself.
The advisor challenged the students to put in their all-out effort, hard work and dedication to compete with others in various competitive exams like UPSC/NPSC and various departmental exams, stating that these exams are only for those individuals who are ready to go the extra mile to achieve success. Highlighted about the employment scenario in Nagaland, Kinimi urged upon the students’ community not to be dependent on government alone.
He mentioned that government jobs are already at saturation level and as such encouraged the students to explore other professions and skill-based jobs apart from white collar jobs.
Kinimi stated that he has utmost concerns for the welfare and well-being of the students’ community in particular, and it was his utmost priority and commitment in upgrading Government High School Akuluto to Government Higher Secondary School (GHSS). He stated that, this upgradation to GHSS will immensely benefit the students’ community in particular and the people of the area in general. Kinimi also hoisted and unfurled the flag and declared open the sports meet during the 28th Biennial Conference.
The programme was chaired by tribunal general ARSU, Bothuka Kinimi, Lumithsami Kiphimi Kuqhakulu presented Lejole while cultural dance was presented by Alaphumi Kiphimi Kuqhakulu.
Advisor was accompanied by JE RD Kuhuboto block, Tokiho Chophi, Dy. GM NHHDC, Katovi Chishi, 31AC Akuluto party workers, GBs and host of leaders.
