The three-day “Inclusive Youth Camp” organised by Gospel Riders Ministry was held from January 5 to 7 under the theme, “Equip to Conquer” at Living Tree Prayer Tower, Shokhuvi.
The event was supported by the office of the State Commissioner for Persons with Disabilities, Social Welfare Department Kohima and Living Tree Prayer Tower Ministry.
The event was graced by Income Tax Officer, West Bengal, Kiyekhu Kiba as special guest.
The organiser in a press release stated that the resource persons of the events were State Commissioner for Person with Disabilities, Diethono Nakhro and assistant program officer, Department of IT&C, Er. Kumughato Chophi.
The speakers of the camp were convenor Gospel Riders Ministry, Awoto Awomi and chaplain GLPHC, Kuhoxu, Shunato Sumi. The camp saw active participation from the disable community without special treatment. The camp open to all denominations and tribes was participated by 150 youths including 16 persons with Disabilities. The camp director was Kuputo Shikhu while Hinoto Achumi and Ashe Kiba were co-camp directors.
