Medical camp for MMC sanitation workers

A free medical camp and workshop on “Sanitation and Hygiene” for sanitation workers under Mokokchung Municipal Council (MMC) was organised by MMC at the Conference Hall, Mokokchung on March 13.
According to DIPR report, delivering key note address, ADC and administrator, MMC, Chumlamo Humtsoe, said that everyone should be thankful to the sanitation workers for their dedication and tireless effort in keeping the town clean and beautiful. He maintained that the good health of the sanitation workers should be the priority so that they could carry their work effectively. Chumlamo also asked those sanitation workers, who did not have Ayushman Card to apply at the earliest, as it would be beneficial for them and family. He thanked the Medical Officers and staff for rendering their services and all those for their contribution in making the programme a success.
Dr. Francis Rai, MO AYUSH, Kubza AHWC dwelt on the topic “Sanitation & Hygiene” and vote of thanks was proposed by Sentiyapang, FA while the programme was chaired by Sakumongba Longchar, FA.
