CANSSEA attends all state deliberation in New Delhi

An executive team of Confederation of All Nagaland State Services Employees Association (CANSSEA) on the invitation by All India State Government Employees Federation (AISGEF), led by its president Dr. Ilang participated and took part in the one day all State deliberation platform on November 2 at Ramlila Maidan, New Delhi.


In a press release, press and information secretary of CANSSEA, Siewatho S Nyusou informed that at the deliberation a 7 point charter of demands were resolved. The points were: annul PFRDA Act; scrap NPS, regularized all contractual/ outsourced/ daily waged employess including Health, Education & Postal GDS; Fill up all the vacancies in Central/State Government Departments & PSUs urgently, stop privatisation/ corporatisation of PSUs and downsizing of government departments, ensure democratic trade union rights; Review the derecognition order of NFPE, AIPEU -Class III, ISROSA, abandon National Education Programme, constitute the VIII Central Pay Commission; Release the pending DA/DR and confiscated DA/DR arrears for eighteen months and remove all riders/restrictions on compassionate employment assistance scheme.


It was also informed that at the meeting, the was decided to continue to fight on a wider platform by way of building unity with other organisations. Meanwhile, CANSSEA reiterated its full support and cooperation to the following AISGEF, CCGEW, AISGPF, STFI & NCCPA in its movement and struggle to achieve the targeted goals.
