State home department bade farewell to its additional secretary, home, Shayung Phom, by organising a farewell programme on March 21 at Conference Hall, Nagaland Civil Secretariat, Kohima. Home Commissioner, Abhijit Sinha, described Phom as a very dedicated officer who served the government and the people with the best of his ability, serving mostly in the remote and challenging areas his entire career.
