A seminar on digital marketing was organised by the Chungtia Lanur Ajongmesoba Committee (CLAC) on May 8 at Chungtia Fellowship Ki for students and educated unemployed youths.
A press release by CLAC stated that the resource person for the seminar was CEO, Founder of Karty’s Digital Academy Pune, Sagar Ramula.
CLAC informed that a six-month course of training in digital marketing would be provided online through the Karty’s Digital Academy, and thereafter job placement at various companies would be offered based on their performance during the training course.
The committee said the event was initiated with the aim of widening the scope of career prospects for unemployed youths. It said CLAC was founded in the year 2022 with the sole purpose of nurturing and sponsoring underprivileged and educated unemployed youth of Chungtia Village residing in Mokokchung Town. The committee aims to uplift aspirants for competitive exams as well as job-seekers in the private sector by tapping the potential of available human resources.
Under the initiative of CLAC, the committee claimed eight unemployed youths have successfully completed training under skill proficiency management for building and allied construction workers. Besides providing opportunities for skill-based training, CLAC claimed it has also sponsored coaching classes for aspirants preparing for different competitive exams.
