NOA holds general meeting

The Nagaland Optometric Association (NOA) held their 6th general meeting on July 18, at Fun Zone Cafeteria in PWD Colony, Kohima.

A press release by NOA informed that Optometrists, as primary eye care practitioners, were responsible for ensuring quality eye care services in the state, adding that the meeting prioritized bringing together need for regulation and registration under NOA, along with post-creation for Optometrists.

The NOA has therefore urged every Optometry graduate (4 years Bachelor course) to register with the association and to practice in Nagaland (whether Private or Govt) only after getting a registration number from the NOA office.
