Nagaland: 3rd Tokhu Women’s Volleyball Trophy 2024 from Oct 31

Dimapur Lotha Youth Organisation (DLYO) would be hosting the 3rd Tokhu Women’s Volleyball Running Trophy 2024, from October 31 to November 2, 2024 at the Multi-Disciplinary Sports Complex (MDSC), DC Court Junction, Dimapur.

In a press release, DLYO informed that this year’s tournament, on the theme “Accelerate Equality,” aimed to foster gender equality and promote equal opportunities for women athletes in sports.

It informed that the champion would receive Rs. 30,000 along with a running trophy and certificate while the runner-up would receive Rs. 20,000 besides a running trophy and certificate.

The organisers informed that the tournament was open exclusively to bona fide Lotha Naga women players. Interested teams have been asked to submit registrations by October 29, 2024, with a registration fee of Rs. 2000.

The fixture draw would take place on October 30, 2024 at 2pm at Lotha Hoho Ki, D.C. Court Junction, Dimapur. Forms will be available from October 15 at Lotha Hotel (Lotha Hoho Ki DC Court Junction) and RPG Printing Press Duncan Bosti.
