Final call for DoSE employees’ registration

November 22, 2024 | by admin

The Directorate of School Education (DoSE), under the Nagaland Education Project – The Lighthouse (NECTAR), has issued a final call for all employees to complete their verification and authentication as part of the Teachers Attendance Monitoring System (TAMS).

This initiative, launched from May to August 2023 with an additional follow-up drive from October 19 to 26, 2023, is aimed at enhancing school management and the education system across Nagaland.

Despite multiple opportunities, some employees have not yet completed the verification. Therefore, all DoSE employees, including those newly recruited after October 2023 who have not undergone this process, are required to report to the Directorate of School Education in Bayavu, Kohima.

The verification will be conducted from November 25 to 28, 2024, during office hours on the top floor of the DoSE building in Kohima.

Upper Graduate and Graduate Head Teachers (UGHT/GHTs) who have previously submitted documents via email are also requested to report in person to complete the “master selfie” verification. Employees who missed the prior drive due to sanctioned medical or earned leaves must also attend.

To complete the authentication process, employees are required to bring a fully completed Employee Data Verification and Authentication Form, downloadable from nagalandeduproject.com or available through school heads. The form must be verified by school authorities, including the school head, EBRC Coordinator, DEO/SDEO, and countersigned by the Area Administrative Officer.

The following documents, both in original and photocopy, are mandatory for submission: Aadhar Card, ID Card issued by SamagraShiksha, appointment letter, all transfer/posting orders, regularization order, latest extension order and service book page with bio-data details. The department warned that failure to complete the registration may result in disciplinary action.
