In pursuance to the Social Welfare Department Deputy Commissioner, Tuensang, Lithrongla Tongpi Rutsa has directed all government and private offices, establishment, organisation, school and colleges under Tuensang district to constitute an Internal Complaint Committee under the Provisions of Chapter lll Section 5 & Section 4 of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 (POSH Act).
In addition, the private organisation, establishment, school and colleges are to register their respective organisations in the She-Box Portal by clicking https://shebox.wed.gov.in.
Further, a report on the constitution of the Internal Complaints Committee should be submitted to the Deputy Commissioner office on or before February 11 for onward submission to the government.
