Assam Rifles conducts activities

Assam Rifles as part of its civic action programme organized awareness programme and medical camp at Chakabama, Kohima and Phaijol village, Peren on March 10.

An awareness programme on enrolment opportunities was held at Chakabama, Kohima, with an aimed to inform attendees about the AR Technical and Tradesmen Rally, providing guidance on enrolment opportunities in various technical trades and a lecture on eligibility criteria, selection processes, and career prospects in the force, encouraging local youth to explore this career path. The event witnessed participation from 33 civilians across nine villages, including village heads and young aspirants.

Meanwhile, Assam Rifles organized a medical camp in Phaijol village, Peren district, to provide access to medical facilities. At the camp, by 128 people, including 50 women and 30 children, from Phaijol and nearby villages were examined.
