The Kohima Village Students’ Union (KVSU) organized a felicitation programme to honor 285 students who successfully cleared the High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) and Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate (HSSLC) Examinations 2025 at KVC Hall.
The event celebrated the academic achievements of students from Kohima Village.
A major highlight of the event was the felicitation of the toppers. Seven students from HSLC and one from HSSLC were specially recognized for their outstanding performances. Their achievements were lauded as an inspiration for the student community.
KVC chairman Hielievio-o Solo and KZK president Daisy Mezhür Sekhose in their short speeches, congratulated the students on their success. They encouraged them to strive for excellence in their future academic and personal endeavors. Both speakers also acknowledged the crucial role played by parents, teachers, and the community in nurturing the students and fostering a culture of academic achievement.
The programme commenced with a welcome note and an invocation prayer, followed by the presentation of successful students. In addition to HSLC and HSSLC graduates, achievers from various competitive and academic fields were also honored. The event concluded with a vote of thanks and a closing prayer.
