{"id":101829,"date":"2016-09-02T23:32:35","date_gmt":"2016-09-02T23:32:35","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2016\/09\/02\/ntl-seminar-on-constructivism-ends\/"},"modified":"2016-09-02T23:32:35","modified_gmt":"2016-09-02T23:32:35","slug":"ntl-seminar-on-constructivism-ends","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2016\/09\/02\/ntl-seminar-on-constructivism-ends\/","title":{"rendered":"Ntl seminar on \u2018constructivism\u2019 ends"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/MKEDZUCSHWUJVAETWWLQ.jpg><\/p>\n<div>Two-day national seminar on \u201cconstructivism\u201d was conducted by Research and Development Committee, Modern Institute of Teacher Education (MITE), Kohima from September 1-2 at the College Auditorium Hall.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Altogether 11 resource persons consisting of research scholars and teaching faculties from various colleges and universities presented their papers.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The first technical session was based on \u201cConceptual and Theoretical Knowledge on Constructivists Approach\u201d chaired by assistant professor, Dept. of Education, Nagaland University, Dr. B.V Rao, with five presenters.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\u201cConstructivism vs Behaviourism\u201d, \u201cRole of Constructivism in Teaching-Learning: A Theoretical Perspective\u201d, \u201cRole of 5E and 7E Constructivists Models in Mathematics Education\u201d were some of the topics presented.<\/div>\n<div>The second technical session on \u201cConstructivism at School and College level\u201d was chaired by principal, Sazolie College of Teacher Education, Jotsoma, Dr. Gomesh Mosahary.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\u201cConstructivists Approach- A paradigm for Teaching and Learning at College Level\u201d, \u201cConstructivism at School Level\u201d were some of the topics delivered.<\/div>\n<div>The seminar concluded with the valedictory session which was chaired by assistant professor, MITE, Imkongsenla Longchar, valedictory remark from assistant professor, SCTE, Kohima, Elizabeth Walling, rapporteurs remark by asst. professor, MITE Daikho Manehrii, and vote of thanks by managing director, MITE, Pelee Hekha.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Earlier, the inaugural programme was chaired by Kavani Hekha, welcome note by principal MITE, Devanand Sinha, while principal, SCTE, Kohima, Dr. Bendangyapangla, delivered the keynote address.
