The Naga civil society delegation also discussed with the Home Minister about the \u2018Framework Agreement\u2019 signed on August 3, 2015 which settles the political parameters of the final solution.<\/div>\n<div>The pact was signed by NSCN (I-M) general secretary Th Muivah and Centre\u2019s interlocutor for Naga talks R N Ravi in the presence of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Home and National Security Adviser Ajit Doval here.<\/div>\n<div>The signing of the agreement came after over 80 rounds of negotiations that spanned 18 years with first breakthrough in 1997 when the ceasefire agreement was sealed.<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A delegation of Naga Hoho and Naga Mothers\u2019 Association today met Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and discussed with him present situation in Nagaland.
