The order further stated that if the respondents fail to appear before the court, \u201cthe writ petition shall be heard and determined\u201d in their absence. (See Advt on p-4)<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">Corrigendum<\/span><\/div>\n<div>Apropos \u2018Deadlines served on state govt expire\u2019 that appeared in the August 30 issue, the nomenclature of CNTC should be read as Central Nagaland Tribes Council and not as rendered. It may be mentioned that CNTC had issued a 30-day deadline with effect from July 30, 2016 demanding that the indigenous tribe status granted to the Rongmeis be revoked.
