Therefore, NSCN (I-M) secretary UT Akato Swu has warned those shopkeepers to desist from selling within five days from the publication of this notification.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>CAO- UT will also be conducting checking and defaulter would be dealt strictly, stated the release.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Meanwhile, CAO-UT informed that \u201cunscrupulous habitual person\u201d by forging the signature of the competent land revenue officer was issuing patta to different person against the same land.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>In this regard, the GB\/chairman has been directed to verify thoroughly before issuing NOC or even village land patta. &nbsp;Further, CAO warned that stern action as per the \u201cahza\u201d of NSCN (I-M) would be initiated against individual found involved in such activities.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Despite notification issued through media, NSCN (I-M) said that many shops have been found selling all forms of gutkha openly.
