Bizo\u2019s demise"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/><\/p>\n<div>Nagaland governor, P.B. Acharya, has expressed grief over the demise of Rev. L. Bizo, former Baptist Minister in Northeast India, who passed away on August 28, 2016.<\/div>\n<div>In his condolence message, Acharya said Rev. L. Bizo was a great preacher and social worker, who worked with various Baptist Churches not only in Nagaland but also in Northeast India. \u201cA person that departs from the earth never truly leaves, for they are still alive in our hearts and minds, through us they live on,\u201d he said.<\/div>\n<div>In his death, the governor said Northeast has lost a great missionary and he would always be remembered for his contributions to the people of Nagaland and Northeast.<\/div>\n<div>Acharya conveyed his heartfelt condolences to members of the bereaved family and prayed Almighty God grant them strength to bear the irreparable loss. He also prayed the departed soul rest in peace.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>NSCN (I-M) has expressed shock at the sudden demise of late Rev. L. Bezo Meyase and said it feels the loss immensely.<\/div>\n<div>A condolence message issued by MIP stated that he was a humble and yet a staunch advocate of peace, a God-fearing, dedicated church worker. \u201cHe lived his whole life devoted to saving lost souls and also to redeem and bail the Naga people out from their unfortunate state of affairs,\u201d stated the message. MIP said late Rev. Bezo Meyase as a member of senior citizen forum did hugely contribute towards restoring lasting peace and good will in the land of the Naga people.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>It said that late Revered always stood committed promoting to lasting peace that could emerge from pursuing correct line of Naga common policy.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>In his demise, MIP said Nagas have lost a great soul and a shrewd, justice-loving and humble servant of Christ Jesus and a devoted church worker whose vacuum would be difficult for the Nagas to fill in. \u201cWith our anguish spirit, our hearts and love go out to the near, dear and all loved ones he had left behind,\u201d NSCN (I-M) stated and prayed that \u201cthe love and the promise of resurrection through our Lord Jesus Christ abide in the family until that glorious morning when death can separate us no more!\u201d<\/div>\n<div>CNSC: Concerned Naga Senior Citizens (CNSC) has expressed deep sadness over the sudden demise of its member, Rev. L. Bizo. &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>CNSC in a condolence message described late Rev. Bizo as a man of great wisdom who was far sighted and steadfast, believing in the right cause.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>With his vast working experience in various fields, CNSC said late Rev. Bizo was a guiding figure in the organization. With his demise, CNSC said it has suffered a great lost and the vacuum caused would take years to be filled.<\/div>\n<div>The members prayed to the almighty God to grant solace to the bereaved family and for the departed soul to rest in peace.<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Nagaland governor, P.B.
