{"id":102153,"date":"2016-08-29T00:15:23","date_gmt":"2016-08-29T00:15:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2016\/08\/29\/astd-appeals-to-dimapur-ao-community\/"},"modified":"2016-08-29T00:15:23","modified_gmt":"2016-08-29T00:15:23","slug":"astd-appeals-to-dimapur-ao-community","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2016\/08\/29\/astd-appeals-to-dimapur-ao-community\/","title":{"rendered":"ASTD appeals to Dimapur Ao community"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/><\/p>\n<div>Ao Senso Telongjem Dimapur (ASTD) has appealed to the Ao community in Dimapur that in matters pertaining to various disputes, the concerned individuals\/groups have been asked not approach any Naga Political Groups to resolve such cases, stating that the NPGs were already burdened with several issues, particularly at this juncture when all were concentrated on solution.<\/div>\n<div>Furthermore, ASTD president Supu Jamir informed that the union during its meeting on August 27, resolved to urge the Ao community in particular that in the case of giving out loans, not more than three percent interest should be charged. It also said brokerage charge should be borne by the moneylender. In the event of mortgaging land, ASTD said the title patta holder would be the sole signatory in the deed along with a legal heir as witness.<\/div>\n<div>In this regard, ASTD said it has empowered the respective village unions\/units to supervise and implement the guide lines.
