She was pictured leaving The Box with extremely plump lips earlier this year, sparking rumours she had indulged in a spot of cosmetic enhancement ahead of her wedding. \nBut after months of keeping quiet Sarah Harding,29, has finally admitted that she did have lip fillers but has revealed she regrets tampering with her looks.
\nThe Girls Aloud singer turned actress has opened up about her views on cosmetic surgery and while she had admitted plumping her lips she denies having botox, despite sporting a wrinkle-free forehead.
\nIn an interview in Fabulous magazine Sarah spoke about the lip injections she had done and said: \u2018It\u2019s not something I\u2019m going to be trying again, or anything I would recommend to anyone else. But, yeah, around Christmas I got a little bit experimental and decided to have some filler in my lips. Clearly that was a mistake.\u2019
\nShe also told the magazine: \u2018I was silly, it was a very silly thing to do.\u2019
\nHarding, who is engaged to DJ Tom Crane,31, revealed that she had a bad reaction to the filler which made her lips look larger but said: \u2018Thankfully they have gone back down now.\u2019
\nSarah underwent the procedure to try and stop the ageing process, something she admits she has concerns over as she approaches her 30s. In fact, Sarah puts her wrinkle-free forehead down to regular Carita non-surgical facelifts performed at Champneys spas which cost ?120 a time, and to regular micro-dermabrasion sessions as well as collagen wave facials.
\nThe interview also revealed that despite having one of the best bodies in the business Sarah isn\u2019t entirely comfortable in her own skin.
\nThe UK\u2019s most successful ever girl group Girls Aloud, who formed on ITV\u2019s Popstars: The Rivals in 2002, are set to make their comeback at next year\u2019s Olympics, but Sarah isn\u2019t giving anything away.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
