Osama Bin Laden\u2019s son has denounced the Al Qaeda leader\u2019s killing as \u2018criminal\u2019 and said he reserves the right to take legal action against America.<\/div>\n
The statement apparently made by Omar Bin Laden has appeared on an Islamist website.<\/div>\n
Omar, who is Bin Laden\u2019s fourth eldest son, claimed he and the Al Qaeda chief\u2019s other children are reserving the right to take legal action in the U.S. and internationally to \u2018determine the true fate of our vanished father\u2019, said the SITE Intelligence Group, an online monitoring service.<\/div>\n
He also branded his father\u2019s burial at sea as a \u2018humiliation\u2019 for his family. <\/div>\n
There was no independent confirmation of the authenticity of the letter. It was published on the website of Islamist ideologue Abu Walid al-Masri.<\/div>\n
Omar Bin Laden, 30, who is married to a British woman 25 years his elder, has been based in the Gulf in recent years.<\/div>\n
He and his wife – formerly known as Jane Felix-Browne, but who now goes by the name Zaina Bin Laden – did not respond to emailed and telephoned requests for comment.<\/div>\n
In April it was announced that a former British pole dancer has become pregnant with the couple\u2019s baby through IVF. <\/div>\n
However, Louise Pollard, who is now a PA living in London, miscarried twins for the couple last year. <\/div>\n
Omar and Zaina split up afterwards amid claims that he was suffering from a mental illness, but it now appears they are back together despite Omar telling in September that there was \u2018no chance\u2019 of a reconciliation.<\/div>\n
