Acharya on Friday at Raj Bhavan on the latter\u2019s invitation.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>In a press note, PRO Raj Bhavan said the team led by Dr. Takano, professor of the Department of the Centre for International Studies along with six students interacted with the Governor and his lady wife.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Acharya apprised the Japanese guests and founder and executive secretary, Sustainable Development Forum Nagaland (SDFN), Amba Jamir stressed on the need to tie up not only with NGOs but also with the universities in Nagaland.<\/div>\n<div>While not denying that individual organizations may have wonderful interest and motive, the Governor however opined the need to reach out to the youths. &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>\u201cIf our activities are tied up with the Universities or with good colleges it will have a much bigger impact with our youths and on the system of education,\u201d Acharya told the guests.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Sharing his views on the present system in universities, Acharya said they were not job oriented and that students after their studies do not connect either with society nor industry.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>For this, he said there was a need to interact with the students and universities, to share their views and also to hold dialogues with those in the trade, commerce and industry in order to make the universities employable university.<\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Japanese students from Waseda University, Tokyo who are on a cross-cultural study tour to Nagaland called on Governor, P.B.
