{"id":103312,"date":"2016-08-26T23:57:31","date_gmt":"2016-08-26T23:57:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2016\/08\/26\/addl-director-dose-visits-phek\/"},"modified":"2016-08-26T23:57:31","modified_gmt":"2016-08-26T23:57:31","slug":"addl-director-dose-visits-phek","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2016\/08\/26\/addl-director-dose-visits-phek\/","title":{"rendered":"Addl director DoSE visits Phek"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/GFNVNFMRZRRGDVAGWQYO.jpg><\/p>\n<div>Additional director (HOD) of school education, Wonthongo Tsopoe along with deputy director Lipok Jamir and statistical officer, Tsupong, visited SDEO establishment Pfutsero government high school Phusachodu and Zuketsa villages under Phek district on August 23.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The team had a long interactive session with the staff of the three establishments.<\/div>\n<div>Interacting with the staffs, Tsopoe informed that in order to revamp the education system in the state, the year 2016 will be a year of inspection and monitoring. With this, he said the department has constituted a team of officers\u2019 into three groups to visit the SDEOs, DEO and government schools in all the districts.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The inspection and monitoring would be very strict and would be on surprise or through intimation and directed all the establishments to prepare the progress report and submit to the inspection team, he stated.<\/div>\n<div>He also opined that working in rural areas was always a challenging where teachers take the place of parents and they are the only resource person available for the students.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Tsopoe urged the teachers to understand that the value involves being present in their posting place throughout the academic session.
