{"id":10340,"date":"2011-05-28T21:31:32","date_gmt":"2011-05-28T21:31:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2011\/05\/28\/j-los-ex-husband-wins-legal-fight-to-release-intimate-home-video\/"},"modified":"2011-05-28T21:31:32","modified_gmt":"2011-05-28T21:31:32","slug":"j-los-ex-husband-wins-legal-fight-to-release-intimate-home-video","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2011\/05\/28\/j-los-ex-husband-wins-legal-fight-to-release-intimate-home-video\/","title":{"rendered":"J Lo\u2019s ex-husband wins legal fight to release \u2018intimate\u2019 home video"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/><\/p>\n<div style=\"background:#b4acac; height:500px; width:230px; float:right; margin:5px;\">\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/cms.nagalandpost.com\/newsimages\/PhotosCollection\/XYGMEDTNVLIYOUUKPCKH.jpg\" style=\" border: 1px solid #000\"\/><br \/>\nJennifer Lopez has lost her legal fight against ex-husband Ojani Noa to publish home videos from then they were married.\n<\/div>\n<div>Jennifer Lopez\u2019s legal battle to keep embarrassing home video from her first marriage under wraps has failed.<\/div>\n<div>The singer\u2019s ex-husband Ojani Noa has won the fight, that has been ongoing for years, to release footage from their short lived marriage.<\/div>\n<div>Noa managed to find a loophole in the law that allowed the release of the tape.<\/div>\n<div>He apparently sold the footage to his girlfriend Claudia Vazquez for her to release, according to RadarOnline.<\/div>\n<div>The American Idol judge had successfully managed to block the release, saying that Noa making the footage public violated the confidentiality agreement that he signed after he divorced the star.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>In a ruling issued by a Los Angeles judge Saturday morning, Vasquez is now allowed to release the footage that JLo has been battling so hard to keep under lock and key.<\/div>\n<div>Ed Meyer who is Noa\u2019s agent and the executive producer of the project said the release of the tape is now imminent.<\/div>\n<div>\u2018Claudia Vazquez has been allowed to release the home videos of Ojani and Jennifer\u2019.<\/div>\n<div>\u2018The project will deal with JLo\u2019s rise to fame, and her marriage to Ojani\u2019.<\/div>\n<div>\u2018Claudia will be meeting with video distributors on Tuesday, and hopefully a deal can be made very soon,\u2019 he added.<\/div>\n<div>The written ruling states: \u2018Vasquez argues she has and is suffering harm in that she has had difficulty in obtaining work as a result of Lopez\u2019s attempts at enforcing the injunction against her.\u2019<\/div>\n<div>Lopez and Noa married in February 1997 after meeting when he worked as a waiter in Miami.<\/div>\n<div>They divorced just a year later but remained friends as Lopez appointed him to work in her restaurant Madres in April 2002.<\/div>\n<div>She fired him in October of that year and that is when she made her ex-husband sign a confidentiality agreement.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Jennifer Lopez has lost her legal fight against ex-husband Ojani Noa to publish home videos from then they were married.
