In this regard, Ghathashi Adhoc Town Council (GATC) and Hebolimi Village Council (HVC) on behalf of the people of Ghathashi administrative area and Pughoboto sub-division have expressed gratitude to Y Vikheho Swu, NPF candidate 13 A\/C Pughoboto for taking initiative to construct the bridge. Both the council chairmen expressed that this was the first time in history for people living around this area to witness vehicles plying during peak monsoon even when the water level at the river was high.
