The modus operandi was to lace food items with sleep inducing drugs offered to unsuspecting passengers or &nbsp;injecting it into cold drinks sold to victims. A Naga passenger traveling with his wife had the terrible experience when someone sprayed a liquid from the back, on the wife\u2019s neck at Guwahati railway station. The liquid caused terrible burning and itching sensation. When the husband tried to help his hand also came into contact with the liquid and was also afflicted. However, the miscreants could not steal their belongings.
