Manager Bank of Baroda Ungma Branch Moakala Aier, and NABARD Official S Amarjit Mangang highlighted the importance of maintaining a bank account.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>They stressed on to practice of saving at an early stage. Moreover, both highlighted on how the government started the process of transaction of scholarship or any other schemes from the government to the beneficiaries\u2019 accounts directly.
