In another development, the cadres of Arunachal Naga liberation front (ANLF) led by \u201ccommander-in-chief\u201d \u201ccapt.\u201d Hanglon Nocte and general secretary Sepkam Lungphi, reportedly merged with NSCN Khaplang faction June 19. In a statement MIP secretary of NSCN (Khaplang) said ANLF members also deposited \u201chuge cache of arms and ammunition\u201d in one of its mobile camp under Changlang district, Arunchal Pradesh. According to MIP secretary, the joined members, at a function held in their honour, vowed to \u201cstand uprightly after chairman S.S. Khaplang in all situations\u201d.  ANLF \u201ccommander-in-chief\u201d, in his short speech, said no force on earth could divide Naga family, the MIP secretary stated. \u201cNagas were one and will remain as one, any division among the Nagas in the name of places or area is not acceptable,\u201d he was quoted as saying by the MIP, NSCN (Khaplang) Hanglon also purportedly regretted that Nagas were divided into pieces, and that leaders instead of bringing family together were today dividing the nation on the lines of \u201ctribalism and clan-ism for mere personal benefits at the cost of the greater Naga national cause.\u201d MIP said the ANLF leader also appealed to all the Naga to see at the past \u201cwhere we started and where we are today?\u201d \u201cIt is time for us to see how we can be in the future. It is a people\u2019s movement and therefore, participation of every single Naga is the need of the hour and the opinion of every single Naga must be honored and should not be misguided by few for their own benefits,\u201d the statement said. The meeting was also attended by local leaders, church members and public of the area, MIP secretary said. Meanwhile, the MIP, NSCN (Khaplang) asserted that nomenclature NSCN\/GPRN was genuine nomenclature used during undivided NSCN and even after the crisis of 1988, both faction of the NSCN used the same nomenclature \u201cuntil recently when without the consent of chairman S.S.Khaplang, Kitovi Zhimomi in order to differentiate himself started using GPRN\/NSCN.\u201d \u201cThis is one of the reason where there was a difference of opinion,\u201d the MIP secretary said. It also pointed out that undivided NSCN decided to use NSCN\/GPRN because NSCN comes first, that is the party, and because of the party the \u201cgovernment or GPRN exist and not vice-versa.\u201d  Further, the MIP requested all media houses to give all press releases of NSCN (K) with the same nomenclature as it was before (i.e) NSCN\/GPRN. And to further differentiate, the MIP said \u201cKhaplang faction of the NSCN\/GPRN\u201d could be used for better understanding of the readers.  <\/p>\n
