She informed the trainees that in lieu of anti-malaria month, the ASHAs were to carry-out activities of blood slide collection and reach out to the unreached areas as torch bearers of the community health service.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>She also highlighted the common signs and symptoms of malaria and its effect. The block ASHA co-ordinators (BACs) were informed to check their respective ASHAs monthly activities in order to render quality health services to the community.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Group discussion along with practical session was also held wherein each ASHAs was given time to perform blood slide collection.
