The GPRN\/NSCN Monday said it was compelled to impeach and then expel its chairman S.S. Khaplang as he was steadfast against holding of political dialogue with the government of India. GPRN\/NSCN also alleged that S.S. Khaplang was against the Naga reconciliation process initiated by Forum for Naga Reconciliation (FNR). Stating this through phone from Dimapur,on behalf of the GPRN\/NSCN, \u2018deputy kilonser\u2019 (minister) M.A. Felix said though S.S. Khaplang had rendered his valuable services to the Nagas, \u201chis stand against the holding of political talk and Naga reconciliation process is not going to serve any good for the future of the Naga political movement.\u201d He said that as per agreement made among the Naga revolutionary organisations, it was been inked so that Naga outfits should not maintain nexus with non-Naga militant outfits. \u201cHowever, S.S. Khaplang continued to harbour non-Naga militant groups\u201d Felix said while adding, \u201cthis was another reason why we expelled him.\u201d On the recent purported statement of the so called \u201cNaga Crusaders\u201d, M.A Felix said the statement was issued by vested interest attempting to derail the \u2018tripartite talk\u2019 of June 30. He said such organisation called \u201cNaga Crusaders\u201d does not exist. \u201cIt is a fictitious outfit,\u201d dismissed MA Felix. He also reminded that there were no followers of SS Khaplang in Zeliangrong Region. \u201cThose people who issued press statement in the name of Zeliangrong Region of the NSCN-Khaplang are self-styled without people\u2019s mandate,\u201d Felix said.<\/p>\n
