Meanwhile, the union has expressed its solidarity to the victim and urged the law enforcing agency to award exemplary punishment to the accused at the earliest.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">WWSKT: <\/span>Women Welfare Society Kiphire Town (WWSKT) has condemned the rape on 12 year old girl on June 12 in Kiphire by Taliba Sangtam (25) son of Lisetong of Kiphire Village.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>WWSKT stated that rape of minors has been frequented headlines which are highly uncalled for adding that the victim (s) not only sustains physical harm and mental trauma but also ruins the cheerful part of the victim\u2019s future. <\/p>\n<p>WWSKT has appealled all the right thinking citizen to denounce such kind of barbaric act so that such act would not occur again in the civilized society. WWSKT while voicing its resentment over such indecorous act, has called upon the law enforcing authority to book the culprit and awarded befitting punishment as per the law.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">LCK: <\/span>Ladies club Kiphire (LCK) has condemned the June 12 incident where a 12 year old girl was raped by one Taliba Sangtam at different locations in Kiphire town. Stating that such \u201csatanic act\u201d brings bad name to the society and Kiphire district in particular, LCK has appealed to the authority in-charge to award befitting punishment to the rapist. <\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\">LYSA, LVC, KTLVU:&nbsp; <\/span>Langkok Yangdong Surokhong Ashimukhong(LYSA), Langkok Village Council (LVC) and Kiphire Town Langkok Village Union (KTLVU) has strongly voiced their resentment over the rape incident where a 12 year old girl was brutally raped by Taliba Sangtam (25) son of Lisetong of Kiphire Village in two different locations in Kiphire town. <\/p>\n<p>In a joint release, the unions stated that the rapist has no place in this present civilized society and called upon right thinking citizens to condemn the barbaric act.
