Murugadoss, \u201cAkira\u201d released on Friday.<\/div>\n<div>According to a statement released by film\u2019s publicist, \u201cAkira\u201d managed to put up a good day two with a slight jump.<\/div>\n<div>\u201cThe film has collected Rs 5.30 crore on day two. On the first day, the film collected Rs 5.15 crore. The total collection of the film so far is Rs 10.45 crore,\u201d the statement read.<\/div>\n<div>Presented by Fox Star Studios, \u201cAkira\u201d brought Sonakshi and Murugadoss together once again. He had previously directed Sonakshi in the film \u201cHoliday\u201d, which was a success at the box office.<\/div>\n<div>\u201cAkira\u201d sees Sonakshi\u2019s character coming to Mumbai from Jodhpur, where she gets into a tiff with the goons of the college she enrolls in.
