{"id":107903,"date":"2018-04-07T00:13:16","date_gmt":"2018-04-07T00:13:16","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2018\/04\/07\/ruopfuzhano-whiso-to-represent-nagaland-at-fmi-2018\/"},"modified":"2018-04-07T00:13:16","modified_gmt":"2018-04-07T00:13:16","slug":"ruopfuzhano-whiso-to-represent-nagaland-at-fmi-2018","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2018\/04\/07\/ruopfuzhano-whiso-to-represent-nagaland-at-fmi-2018\/","title":{"rendered":"Ruopfuzhano Whiso to represent Nagaland at FMI 2018"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/RYEUKLFNNCHCZYJCYWDV.jpg><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">Eighteen year old and reigning Miss Nagaland 1st runner-up Ropfuzhano Whiso is all set to represent Nagaland in the FBB Colours Femina Miss India 2018 slated to be held in Mumbai in the later part of June 2018.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">A student of Little Flower Higher Secondary School Kohima, Whiso had recently appeared her Class XII exam and has been involved in charity works.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">Talking to media persons, BASN member Mele Pucho said Whiso was selected out of five contestants during an audition for FBB Colours Femina Miss India East Zone organised by Miss India Organisation held at Big Bazaar, City Square, Guwahati on March 11.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">Pucho said after the new setup of the BASN took over, this will be the second time the society will be sending it\u2019s contestants to take part in the national arena. Pucho added that BASN was also working on a project for Whiso under the theme \u201cBeauty with a purpose\u201d,&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">BASN member Tiarenla said Whiso will be groomed by the East Zone mentor Pooja Chopra, who was also the Femina Miss India World in 2009. Tiarenla informed that BASN will provide all logistic support to Whiso, while also welcoming any kind of assistance to help Whiso.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">Sharing her experience, 1st runner up of Miss Nagaland 2014, Kaheli Chophy said she had a great learning experience when she represented Nagaland.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">Chophy expressed gratitude to the people and BASN in particular for giving her the platform to represent Nagaland.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">Meanwhile, Chophy appealed to all Nagas to extend full support to Whiso in order to return home victorious.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">BASN member Neitho Khamo also urged all Nagas to encourage Whiso, especially through social media, to help boost her confidence.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">Whiso can be followed on instagram @ Ruopfu_whiso and on Facebook&#8211; Ropfuzhanowhiso.&nbsp; Whiso also disclosed that she would be singing an Angami traditional song with the Tati musical instrument during the talent round.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Eighteen year old and reigning Miss Nagaland 1st runner-up Ropfuzhano Whiso is all set to represent Nagaland in the FBB Colours Femina Miss India 2018 slated to be held in Mumbai in the later part of June 2018.
