Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan has ranted on Twitter after being \u201cdetained\u201d at Los Angeles International Airport.<\/div>\n
The actor – who flew into the US city on Friday – has been held a number of times in the past, and admitted it \u201creally really sucks\u201d.<\/div>\n
Taking to social media to express his disappointment, he wrote: \u201cI fully understand & respect security with the way the world is, but to be detained at US immigration every damn time really really sucks.\u201d<\/div>\n
Khan has been detained in the past – at White Plains near New York in 2012, and at Newark three years earlier – but he was able to see a brighter side this time round.<\/div>\n
He joked: \u201cThe brighter side is while waiting caught some really nice Pokemons.\u201d<\/div>\n
Meanwhile, hours after actor Shah Rukh Khan tweeted about his detention at the Los Angeles airport, the US envoy has apologized \u201cfor the trouble\u201d.<\/div>\n
\u201cSorry for the trouble at LAX @iamsrk,\u201d the US ambassador to India, Richard Verma, tweeted on Friday, adding that they are \u201cworking to ensure it doesn\u2019t happen again\u201d.<\/div>\n
