In a press release, the RSU president RN David Magh and general secretary Kegwalo Kemp asserted that demand was the genuine right of the Rengma community, which has been neglected since the statehood despite continuous appeal. RSU affirmed to cooperate with the Hoho and other frontal organizations till their demand was fulfilled. Meanwhile, RSU has requested school authorities under Tseminyu sub-division to send class 9 students and above to participate in the rally.
