A. Sema and director (health) Dr. N. M. Kithan at Dimapur and Kohima respectively.<\/div>\n<div>F&amp;CS bade farewell to its outgoing additional director Apokla Jamir at its office premises, Dimapur. Considering her retirement as a farewell of victory and achievement, Jamir in her speech thanked the Almighty God for enabling her to reach milestone.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>&nbsp;Jamir said that she has served the department in various capacities and faced challenges along with the coordination of the staffs.<\/div>\n<div>She mentioned that Nagaland Food Security Act (NFSA) would soon be implemented and therefore the department has to work hard to scale new heights. &nbsp;She further assured to extend her help even in the days to come.<\/div>\n<div>F&amp;CS secretary congratulated her for the successful career while short speech was also delivered by district officers and field staff.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Earlier, the programme was chaired by Sentirenla Longkumer and vote of thanks was delivered by deputy director Temsu Jamir. &nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>KOHIMA: DH&amp;FW bid farewell to its outgoing officers, Dr. Sukhato. A. Sema, Principal Director &amp; Dr. N. M. Kithan Director (Health) at Directorate of Health &amp; Family Welfare (H&amp;FW), Kohima.<\/div>\n<div>In her speech, family welfare director and incoming director Dr. Watikala lauded the two officers for coming this far and reaching the goal in good health. &nbsp;She mentioned that it is a day to rejoice and to remember the past 35 years of hard labour and service that they have rendered towards the department.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>She also described the two officers as \u201cthorough and refined team players of the department\u201d who with true team spirit keeps the department going in spite of the situation the department faces.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Voluntary speeches for the two officers were also delivered from well wishers from the directorate as well as the districts.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Speeches were also delivered by the outgoing two officers respectively. Dr. Sukhato. A. Sema said retirement was not the end of the journey but the beginning of a new life.
