{"id":109941,"date":"2016-04-21T00:21:21","date_gmt":"2016-04-21T00:21:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2016\/04\/21\/nbsg-inculcates-good-values-in-youth-khriehu\/"},"modified":"2016-04-21T00:21:21","modified_gmt":"2016-04-21T00:21:21","slug":"nbsg-inculcates-good-values-in-youth-khriehu","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2016\/04\/21\/nbsg-inculcates-good-values-in-youth-khriehu\/","title":{"rendered":"NBS&#038;G inculcates good values in youth: Khriehu"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/BSBHDUZODQFVLAUIQWMU.jpg><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 10pt;\">Parliamentary secretary youth resource and sports, MTF and lotteries and president Nagaland Bharat Scout and Guides (NBS&amp;G) Khriehu Liezietsu said that besides NBS&amp;G commitment and dedication to train young boys and girls it has also been inculcating good values so as to harness their potentials.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>Khriehu who also became a NBS&amp;G life member Wednesday was speaking at NBS&amp;G life members meet 2016 cum laying of foundation stone of NBS&amp;G golden jubilee building at its headquarter Kohima.<\/div>\n<div>He said that NBS&amp;G has been focusing to harness the potential of youth by inculcating in them the core civilization values such as compassion for all love for motherland, respect for woman, truth, honesty, discipline, self restraint and responsibility in action.<\/div>\n<div>Khriehu expressed joy that since its inception in 1967, NBS&amp;G had been making progress in all fronts keeping in view the aims, policies and rules of the BSG.<\/div>\n<div>He said the movement of scout and guides was a unique platform available to learn through experience, the value of friendship, hard work, harmony and humanity.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>While acknowledging the state life members for their unflinching support, Khriehu reminded them that the purpose of the association was to serve humanity keeping in mind that service to humanity is service to God. He then urged them to continue to march and strive forward with fresh energy, enthusiasm and zeal as the golden jubilee year begins.<\/div>\n<div>It may be mentioned that the cost of building construction is estimated to complete by Rs. 1.20 crore, however life member and state treasurer K. Neibou Sekhose informed that NBS&amp;G would try to complete within Rs. 90 lakhs.<\/div>\n<div>Life member and state chief commissioner, Khyomo Lotha in his greetings congratulated the newly inducted life members and highlighted the achievements of the NBS&amp;G. He expressed hope that the building would complete before the start of the Golden Jubilee celebration.<\/div>\n<div>Speaking on behalf of the life members Dr. Joyce Ziny\u00fc said becoming life member of NBS&amp;G was a right decision, a decision to join the movement of faith which was the noble vision of Robert Baden Powell to make responsible citizens of the country, state and society at large.<\/div>\n<div>Along with the parliamentary secretary nine other members including one guide became life member of NBS&amp;G.
