H. Ramlia, panel lawyers Nokshei Kano and Hotingkyu.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Ramlia who spoke on the importance of DLSA, urged the congregation to avail free legal access for the marginalized section of society.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>He said every citizen was equal before law and should have equal respect, irrespective of religion, gender and likewise. &nbsp;Nokshei Kano and Hotingkyu spoke on village council act and the right to information act respectively. EAC Longmatra, C.
