Kiheto Sema as the chief guest.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>Kiheto Sema in his speech, stressed on various rising issues dealing with children and the need to sensitize people regarding the same.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>He also urged the citizens to extend cooperation for smooth running of the Observation Home. Khehoto Sema also shared on role of an Observation Home and encouraged for continued commitment towards it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>It may be noted that Observation Homes are meant for the temporary reception of any Children in Conflict with Law (CCL) during the pendency of any inquiry against him\/her.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>At present, there are six government run Observation Homes in Nagaland and also two NGO run Observation Homes.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>The programme was attended by representatives of village council, women organization, village unions, NGOs, media personnel and also by the society state office staff.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Observation Home Kohima under Sate Child Protection Society Nagaland (SCPS-N) held its inaugural programme at its new complex Friday at Phezhu Jotsoma, with chairman to SCPS-N and secretary to department social welfare, T.
