It will also serve as a connecting route for the revenue generation workshops in the campus for the skilled unemployed youths, at the same time serve the purpose of driving practice for the public.<\/div>\n<div>Up-gradation of GMS, Sabangya to High School was discussed and recommended for necessary action. The chairman also informed the departmental officers to forward the names of staff for the conduct of speed test for typist. Work distribution for Independence Day celebration was issued to respective departments.<\/div>\n<div>District Sports Officer, Mokokchung Libemo Jami delivered a power point presentation on setting up of Badminton Sports Academy at Mokokchung.<\/div>\n<div>PUGHOBOTO: Monthly Pughoboto Sub-Division Planning board meeting was held under the chairmanship of ASDC &amp; vice chairman SDPDB, Avelu Ruho at the Customary Court hall, Pughoboto, Friday.<\/div>\n<div>According to DIPR report, after review of the last meeting minutes the house welcomed new member Sr. MO Philip. SDPO, Pughoboto Akihito gave a power point presentation on police stations under Pughoboto division including the Pughoboto Police station which became full-fledged in the year 1973 and Ghathashi town police station.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>Referring to the police station crime and conviction record w.e.f 2015 -16 the SDPO said that the Pughoboto and Ghathashi conviction rate was 98% and 100%. He mentioned that Pughoboto police station regular case rate was 07 and Ghathashi was Nil, charge sheet in Pughoboto was 6\/1 and Ghathashi was 0.5. Law and order overview is normal, he said. The other recent event which was finally settled by erecting boundary stone on 20th April 2016 is the 70 year long land dispute issues between Iphonumi and Khutsami, he stated.<\/div>\n<div>The house bid farewell to SDAO Toivi who retired from service by attaining 35 years. ADC Avelu who spoke on behalf of the members said that the officer was pro-active and had taken up some projects during his short stay at Pughoboto. She wished good health. Outgoing officer, Toivi said that he received two awards during his service and acknowledged the members for their support.<\/div>\n<div>The agenda on clean Pughoboto was discussed which will carry a cash award of five lakhs from the LADF. The members selected to go to all the villages for verification included SDO (C) as Convener, APRO, SDEO, SDO PHE,DCVO, Sr.MO, Functional manager SDAO, BDO, and CDPO as members. The first visit is tentatively fixed for the first week of August 2016.<\/div>\n<div>Pughoboto has potentialities on horticulture productions and in this regard, the house discussed opening of SDHO office at Pughoboto which was approved to be forwarded to the concerned authority. The house also deliberated on the establishment of VH center at Chisholimi which was jointly submitted by the five neighbouring villages.
