The unions appreciated the PDA government under the leadership of chief minister, Neiphiu Rio for the proposed project on maintenance of district Head Quarters roads in the state.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">The unions also expressed appreciation for the PWD minister of state, Tongpang Ozukum for the repairs on the major roads in the district HQ.<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">The unions further thanked the concerned department for its efforts on the ongoing works, especially executive engineer R&amp;B Wokha, Mhathung Kikon, for personally supervising the work day and night.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"font-size: 13.3333px;\">In his interaction with the student bodies, EE R&amp;B Wokha explained that the weather had been playing spoil-sport with the department\u2019s efforts to complete the work on time.
