I Love Mokokchung (ILM) group, a group from Facebook page organized night bazaar with the theme \u201cDignity of Labour\u201d at the town square (Police Point), Mokokchung. \nBaring the cold weather, a number of people both old and young thronged the stalls on the opening day on December 21. Various items including fast food, games, coffee and barbecue have been set up. Night bazaar would continue till December 23.
\nEarlier, the stall was inaugurated by additional deputy commissioner, Mankgolemba, Wabang Aier.
\nIn his address, ADC said it was right time to instil the dignity of labour among the youngsters since there was no substituted to hard work. He said educational qualification alone was not essential but sheer determination and hard work needed to achieve success. Citing the famous quotes of Charles Darwin \u201cSurvival of the fittest\u201d, ADC said in today\u2019s world of fast paced changes and challenges, an individual has to work hard in order to succeed.
\nHe also lauded ILM for the commendable jobs and urged the youngsters to make use of this platform. The stalls were opened after a dedicatory prayer by Youth Evangelist MTBA, Temnameren.
\nThe main objective of the event was to provide platform to the unemployed youths of Mokokchung and earn through hard work and sweat.
\nThe project of ILM was to spread awareness about the importance of entrepreneurship and dignity of labour among the masses. ILM had previously undertaken various projects with great success.
\nProjects like \u201cmission potholes\u201d, \u201ccharity concert in aid of cancer patients\u201d, \u201cclean election campaign\u201d etc was achieved with much success and received wide applaud from the citizens of the town. At present the stall comprises of fast food, coffee, game stalls etc. The \u201cDignity of Labour\u201d would be opened from 6pm till 9pm.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
