\nIn the first session, Robin Tems\u00fc spoke on \u201cImportance of Career Planning\u201d. He urged the students to carefully plan their careers and set certain goals in their lives as it would give them purposeful to work hard and strive for success. He said one cannot succeed without planning one\u2019s career.
\nNezel\u00fc Nyekha, who is also the alumnus spoke on \u201cProspects and importance of pursuing higher studies\u201d. She highlighted the guidelines and dos and don\u2019ts to follow and while applying for admission in universities after their graduation.
\nColo Mero, who also spoke on topic \u201cEntrepreneurship: Being Your Own Boss\u201d lamented that many students remained unemployed and dependent on their parents even after graduation. He said education and occupation should go hand in hand and added that truly educated people cannot be unemployed.
\nHe advised that students not to depend only on government jobs since there were many other opportunities in life. Briefing the perks and advantages of running one\u2019s own business, Mero said one can enjoy being one\u2019s own boss. However, he said it come with lot of responsibilities as it requires lot of hard work and discipline. He further urged the students to be honest and truthful in whatever ventures they undertake.
\nNechulo Woch spoke on \u201cEarning while learning\u201d and stressed on the importance of hard work to achieve success.
