\nOn press statements issued by the NSCN(K)the MIP said neither impeached and expelled chairman S.S.Khaplang nor some of his followers realize that Nagas were not \u201ceasily convinced\u201d by their \u201csomersaulting press releases that seems to have run out of decent words.\u201d
\nAsserting that it would not \u201cindulge in mudslinging\u201d against any individual or group but uphold and defend \u201ca correct political stand of the Nagas\u201d; GPRN\/NSCN however said Nagas have a right to know the truth that Khaplang divided Naga homeland into various administrative units such as\u2013 Eastern sector, Manipur sector, Western sector, Arunachal sector etc\u201d against the \u201cnational Yehzabo\u201d
\nMIP said if the right of the Naga people and their homeland was to be defended in \u201cIndia-held Naga territory or Burma-occupied Naga homeland\u201d , the \u201cNSCN ship had to be fitted with a new sail to reach its destination. It accused kilonsers and supervisors appointed by Khaplang of doing more harm than good.
\nMIP said without consulting general secretary N.Kitovi Zhimomi or C-in-C \u2018Gen\u2019 Khole (now chairman NSCN), Khaplang revealed \u201chis true motive\u201d when, he, for the first time, \u201cjumped into the Burmese election\u201d that held little promise to Nagas. It accused Khaplang of the \u201cgreatest treachery\u201d with his desire to prop up \u201cthe Indo-Burma Revolutionary Front (IBRF)\u201d. MIP said the idea conveyed the message that all revolutionary groups in the NE \u201cwill seek one political solution or in other words, Naga political problem will be equated with social problems of the NE.\u201d.
\n On Khaplang blueprint, it asked how can \u201ca tiger be forced to turn into a cat\u201d.
\nWhile extending \u201crevolutionary solidarity\u201d to all struggling peoples, GPRN\/NSCN however said it would serve no purpose if \u201cthe 60-year Naga political right\u201d was to be sold only to satisfy \u201cneighbours fighting against social and economic grievances\u201d.
\nMIP said despite attempts by chairman \u2018Gen\u2019 Khole and general secretary N.Kitovi Zhimomi to prevail upon Khaplang for a \u201ccommon dream of the Naga people\u201d yet he(Khaplang) \u201cisolated himself\u201d from the Naga national goal and identified himself as one who was unwilling \u201c to walk the path chosen by the forefathers.\u201d <\/p>\n
