Khulu, IAS, APC &amp; Principal Secretary, Agriculture, Govt. of Nagaland, Kohima was the chief guest and Dr. A. J. Sebastian Sdb, department of English, Nagaland University gave the key note address at the inaugural session of the seminar. <br \/>\nKhulu dwelt on the significance of English saying it is an indispensable language in this modern world and lamented on lack of quality education in spite of the number of graduates produced every year in Nagaland. At the inaugural session K.N. Chishi, secretary, law &amp; justice and chairman, governing body, Mt. Olive College Kohima (MOCK) led the programme, invocation prayer pronounced by Botoholi K. Achumi, Chaplain, (MOCK), welcome address delivered by Dr. Narendra Tiwary, Principal MOCK, special song presented by MOCK students, vote of thanks by Swedezhono Tsukru, vice-principal. <br \/>\nLater MOCK souvenir was released by the chief guest.
