He thanked the government especially the SSA for giving special attention to children with special needs.<br \/>\nADC, DMA SSA Sethricho L Sangtam highlighted on the IED mission and said that this programme was to reach out to the needy children. Sethricho appealed to the beneficiaries to make use of the facilities provided by the government not as free gift but as special privilege.<br \/>\nIED coordinator, Caroline Sangtam also spoke on the occasion.
