\nAccording to MIP, on June 7, the three signatories \u201cwere not confused as to what kind of assembly it was\u201d, adding they raised their hands \u201cwithout any hesitation\u201d when \u201cTatar Hoho speaker\u201d sought the members\u2019 approval.
\n\u201cGPRN\/NSCN would only say that an impeachment of any leader in the revolutionary period cannot be done haphazardly,\u201d MIP statement maintained.
\nThe MIP asserted that if \u201cSuruhuto Camp\u201d was adamant that \u201cthose runaway signatories were deaf and dumb\u201d during the \u201cNational Hoho\u201d, then it would make available graphic images of them hailing Khaplang\u2019s impeachment and also their acceptance of \u201cGen.\u201d Khole Konyak as the new NSCN Chairman and GPRN president June 15, 2011.
\n\u201cWhen called to clarify, GPRN\/NSCN\u2019s documents will always be available,\u201d the MIP said, and alleged that objectives of S.S Khaplang and \u201cthose endorsing his name at Suruhuto\u201d appeared to be plunging into different destinations.
\nThe GPRN\/NSCN also said that \u201cif character assassinations, fallacy, hypocrisy and denials over proven facts were the required elements in the Indo-Naga political struggle, those elements at Suruhuto Camp inventing ridiculous stories would be called upon to lead the Naga people.\u201d
\nBut it said, unfortunately, Naga people have analysed each one of them individually and has established the true motive behind their \u201csudden infatuation for expelled chairman S.S Khaplang.\u201d
\nMeanwhile, the GPRN\/NSCN \u201cclarified\u201d that Suruhuto designated camp was established as per Ceasefire agreement between GoI and NSCN, and that the camp was established in Sumi region to \u201cprimarily cater to the security needs of Ato Kilonser N Kitovi Zhimomi.\u201d
\nMaintaining that Suruhuto camp was its \u201cofficial designated Camp\u201d, the MIP, GPRN\/NSCN said \u201cofficers and men\u201d at Suruhuto Camp still owed their allegiance to former c-in-c and now chairman \u201cGen.\u201d Khole, and general secretary N Kitovi Zhimomi.
\n\u201cThe soldiers inside have simply been misguided and threatened into supporting expelled Chairman S.S Khaplang by superiors,\u201d the MIP alleged.
\nFurther, claiming that recently Indo Burma Revolutionary Front (IBRF) was restructured and now it was known as North East Joint Forces Alliance (NEJFA), the MIP said clearly Suruhuto Camp was being projected as the transit camp for the NEJFA.
\nGPRN\/NSCN asserted that it would not allow its \u201clegitimate designated Camp\u201d to be used as \u201ca furnace of violence in Nagaland or in the NE Region.\u201d
\nStating that presence of \u201cNaga army\u201d around Suruhuto Camp was not to confront anyone, the GPRN\/NSCN said however if Naga soil was to be used to propagate violence in the region, then it would take \u201cnecessary steps to prevent illegal occupation of Suruhuto camp by NEJFA.\u201d
\nIt also cautioned Indian security forces, especially Assam Rifles and IRB and the state administration not to harass and provoke Naga army without ascertaining the facts, saying \u201cNaga Army has every right to operate in areas that are under threat from outside forces.\u201d
\nFurther, alleging that Suruhuto camp was being used to shelter non-Naga forces and those occupying the camp have \u201cdemeaned and diluted the Naga issue,\u201d the MIP said \u201cthey have failed to differentiate between social problem and political problem.\u201d
\nMaintaining that the camp belonged to GPRN\/NSCN, the MIP therefore asked the occupants to go and find Khaplang wherever he was.<\/p>\n
