K. Konwar in his keynote address said \u201cit was a good start up for the university to open a community college to help the society and also encouraged to take up such skill-based training\u201d.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>It also stated that deputy director in charge branch MSME development institute Dimapur Tali Longchar in his speech said, \u201cstudents from Nagaland hesitate to work outside the state leading to unemployment\u201d but he encouraged them to take up skill based training to be self sufficient and not a liability on the society.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div>The function started with the welcome speech from dean SET and SMS Professor D. P.
