Rhuletsu Whurr and general secretary, Nokshom Konyak had earlier, urged the collective leadership of NSCN (I-M) to take all the NPGs into confidence along with the people of international border area in all the Naga inhabited areas of Nagaland, Manipur and Arunachal Pradesh including Myanmar in the Indo-Naga political talk. &nbsp;IBAPWO Nagaland had also stated that the present international boundary demarcation of Indo-Myanmar was unacceptable because the Government of India and Myanmar was not consulted with the people of Naga particularly those living in border areas. &nbsp;Based on this, NNC information and publicity wing, said it encouraged the people to come out boldly.
