{"id":12838,"date":"2011-08-19T02:15:17","date_gmt":"2011-08-19T02:15:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/151.106.38.4\/2011\/08\/19\/euun-alleges-backdoor-appointment\/"},"modified":"2011-08-19T02:15:17","modified_gmt":"2011-08-19T02:15:17","slug":"euun-alleges-backdoor-appointment","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/nagalandpost.net\/index.php\/2011\/08\/19\/euun-alleges-backdoor-appointment\/","title":{"rendered":"EUUN alleges backdoor appointment"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\/old_site\/>Educated Unemployed Union Nagaland (EUUN) has alleged the state government of practicing backdoor appointment in all the departments for the past many years. <br \/>\nIn a press release EUUN president, Achilo Thong stated that refusing to place requisition of vacancies to the NPSC or not referring vacancies to the Employment Department was \u201csheer violation of law\u201d and alleged that thousands of vacancies have been filled up through backdoor without scrutinizing the educational documents. <\/p>\n<p>Stating that many incompetent persons got the highest paid white collard jobs while many genuine and the most deserving remained unemployed, EUUN added that the right to equality of opportunity in matter of public employment envisaged in the Constitution of India bore no honor in Nagaland. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis amounts to violation of the \u2018right to life\u2019 with \u2018basic necessities\u2019 and \u2018human dignity\u2019 and is a crime against humanity\u201d, added EUUN.
