Parking of vehicles outside the main gate of the Secretariat Plaza would however be free for all public. Police has said that no vehicle would be allowed to be parked by the roadside from 6 a.m. onward in the following areas: from BSNL Telephone Exchange till Classis Island and from Raj Bhavan to New Secretariat Complex via Meriema, High Court Junction.
